Hosanna Kasemetete

Hosanna has two older brothers and one younger sister. She and her siblings live with their mother and lost their father when she was very young. Her mother works very hard to provide for her family and Hosanna has always admired her mother’s work ethic and commitment to her family. Hosanna is studying Social Work at the National Institute of Public Administration where she hopes to help children in need once she graduates in 2027. Hosanna was inspired by the work of the Matero Resource Center through Arise Africa and what they do to help out the vulnerable, like herself, in her community. Her program will enable her to advocate for others and make a difference in their lives.
